"Great FOOD, Great STAFF, Great OWNERS! A truly Winning Combination!!! I wanted to get a picture of my plate, but my tongue slapped my phone outta my hand... I had the Jumbo Smoked Wings, Baked Beans, and Mac N Cheese. Wow!!! Incredibly tender, flavorful, everything seasoned to perfection! I went with their Mild Buffalo Sauce and it just intensified the flavor. Not too bold of a burn that leaves you tasteless with pure heat, but again just pure perfection! My wife had the Loaded Nachos with BBQ Pork and she loved it. Nachos, Jalapenos, Pork, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Sour, Cream and Queso Cheese, with Barbque Sauce. Chief and Snoogies is a cool little place on Hwy 24 we had passed early in the morning. Smoke wrapped the joint while they were working hard getting ready for the day. So glad we got to stop by and eat that afternoon on our way back. Food was impeccable!!! We will definitely be back and recommend anyone to stop by and try the Best Barbque in Bama!"

"This place is the epitome of an old school BBQ joint. Excellent customer service and the food is unbelievable. I drive almost an hour, once a month, just to eat there. As a native Alabama, I love pulled pork and nobody does it better than these guys."

"Their BBQ & Ribs & potato salad are to die for! Great prices too! A quick meal for 2 days for a family or easy answer to food you don't want to fix for a party that won't break the bank. We love this place! The service and people seem more like friends. Oh and all of their BBQ sauces are super as well! The beans are amazing! Also for something different get their stuffed potato. Its definitely a mans meal; it will fill you to the gills! Must have for real BBQ lovers."

"The pulled pork sandwich and sweet tea where delicious! The chicken was a little dry, but the white sauce was very good. Lots of character on the inside. Lots of food for the price. EDIT I had to bump my review up to five stars after trying the pie. We got fudge and coconut and the were both amazing!!!"

"Have always loved the BBQ here. It's honestly the best around. That being said, we decided to order a combo meat loaded baked potato w/ pork & chicken. We had also ordered 11/2 lbs. pork BBQ family pack about noon. Ordered too much and saved the potato. That evening we tore into the tater. To our disappointment, even though the portion was generous, I expect fresh ingredients for a $12 potato. Imitation bacon bits? Really? They take this awesome dish and put imitation bacon? I expect this most anywhere else except a BBQ restaurant. I mean, I'll pay the extra $2 but give me REAL food. If you're gonna use imitation bacon, just go ahead and stick imitation sour cream and fake cheese. I'll be back for the BBQ but they can keep any fake food and put it to the road with the trash, where it belongs."
